You deserve to feel at home in yourself. 

That voice in your head, the one that’s never quite satisfied, never quite sure you’re enough. I know it well. So do a lot of the people I work with. 

Sometimes it isn’t just self-doubt. It’s the weight of always having to work harder, fit in better and take up less space. Messages absorbed over years, from family, from systems, from a world that isn’t always built with you in mind. That stuff can sit deep. And it can shape how you see yourself. 

You might be exhausted from performing. From putting others first and rarely feeling like you can just… be. Maybe you’re not even sure who you are underneath all of it. That’s okay. That’s exactly where we start. 

How Therapy Can Help

This is your space. No agenda, no rush, no judgement. 

 

Together, we’ll start to turn down the noise; that inner critic that’s been running the show for too long. We’ll look at where those voices came from. What you absorbed and what was never actually yours to carry. 

 

There’s room here for all of it. Whether it’s grief, anger, exhaustion. We can explore it and slowly make space for self-compassion, self-love and self-trust. A kinder, steadier relationship with yourself. 

 

This isn’t about fixing you. You are not broken. It’s about finally giving yourself the space to be heard.

About Me

I became a therapist because of how it felt to be truly heard. 

 

Earlier in my life, I had a therapist who gave me something I hadn’t experienced before, a non-judgemental space where I felt genuinely understood. It changed me. And I’ve spent my career trying to offer that same feeling to others. 

 

I’m Tracey. A warm, integrative therapist and NCPS Accredited Registrant, based in North London and working fully online. I work with people who are tired of not feeling enough. People navigating identity, belonging, systemic pressure, and a very loud inner critic. This work is personal to me. I bring my training and my lived understanding to every session. 

 

My approach is gentle. It’s led by you, at your pace. I don’t do one-size-fits-all. I meet you where you are, because where you are is exactly the right place to begin.

It's about creating lasting change, so you can move forward with confidence, clarity, and emotional ease. You bring your story. I bring compassionate support and the tools to help you reconnect with your voice, values, and inner strength.
